Required some additional insulation in our attic. Eco Comfort provided the best price and the most detailed estimate of all the companies we contacted. They showed up on schedule and were professional and friendly. The staff went above and beyond to connect a bathroom vent that was either never connected or fell off the roof vent, they left our home just how they found it. We had an issue with separation of the mortar from our Bricks on the front of our home. We contacted numerous companies and either the price was incredibly high or they were simply not interested in helping us. Brian was kind enough to come out. He understood our concerns and quickly had his team out to complete this job. His staff were polite, friendly and professional. Brian gave them instructions and they followed them to the letter, they also asked me numerous time to inspect the work to ensure we were happy with how the job was progressing. At the end of the day, they asked one more time to ensure nothing was missed. They left the work area tidy and clean (it was a very dusty job). My old fence finally started to fail. Being late in season replacing it now is not an option. Nelson came out to brace the fence to keep it standing over the winter, with an option to replace in the spring. Showed up prepared and on time and was done within an hour and my fence feels safe and solid. Looking forward to a new fence in 2021.
