Our furnace stopped working on Saturday, we called Angels on Sunday and they were able to book us for a Monday appointment to see if it was fixable. Fred, the technician was very polite, quick and courteous. He informed us, and our landlord, that the furnace needed to be completely replaced and that our hot water tank needed to be replaced as well since it was leaking. He booked an appointment for the very next day (Nov 10th) to replace both. The speedy turnaround was much appreciated as we have 2 small children and did not want to be without heat for much longer. Tuesday, Farid and Marco came to remove and install both pieces of equipment. They were very polite, considerate (wore masks & bootie) and worked for 6 hours straight to get both installed and working properly. I was worried that they wouldn’t be able to get it all done & we’d be without heat for another night, especially since it was Rememberance Day the next day, but they stayed until almost 10 pm to make sure the job was done and done right! We will definitely be using Angels for any future plumbing or heating needs. Awesome crew, fantastic service! Thanks Angels!!!
