We asked Demetri from Canadian Wire Wizards to help us prepare for new basement framing after interior waterproofing for 50% of our house. Demetri discovered Knob and Tube wiring that was still active in our home. After an extensive walkthrough using an outlet tester, and having removed several cover plates to visually show us the KNT wiring still in the outlets(plugs) and switches - a plan was provided to us. After getting a clear and precise written estimate and having been also provided with Liability Insurance and WSIB certificate Demetri,Jason,Shawn and Mr Le proceeded to rewire about 50% of our home. We then received a Letter from the President of CWW confirming the removal of all KNT wiring at our address, photos of the before and after removal, a Certificate of Inspection from the ESA for a total of 23 Plugs,Switches and Light Fixtures and a detailed invoice for all work performed.
