It was great working with Satrway folks. To be honest we were a bit worried because we read the reviews, but I would say that experience is very subjective. for us we really felt it was very professional picking up and dropping out stuff; although because I had lots of books they didn't bring all the boxes to the basement where I wanted it but left some in the garage when they dropped it. I would recommend being very specific with them and clarifying everything and I think you would be have a great experience. And above all very timely and compared to others you would save a ton.

Sam was great today. He did a good job getting our fridge up and running again. He came on the weekend and in a couple of hours was done and we are back again.
