Groupon - 2 cleanings for 2hrs.
This is by far the worst cleaning company I have ever used and I have used many due to the many WagJag,, Groupon and other Daily Deals that are offered so frequently. First of all I had great difficulty in booking the 2 appointments for cleaning that my Groupon was offering. I had 18 emails back and forth trying to settle on a date because they kept pushing me into buying a full house clean. They were very slow to respond or just didn't respond until I threatened to go to Groupon and complain. My first cleaning was horrendous, there was mold left in my shower, my stairs were treacherous from the spray product they used and they dusted around things and didn't move the items. NO attention to detail. After my 2nd cleaning I was equally dissatisfied and the girl told me they were coached to "only clean what they saw" and not to do detail work. When I complained, of course no answer to my emails. I asked them to send other people for the 2nd one and purchased an extra hour each time, so they did read their mail just did not address the issue. The first time the girls stayed longer than what was promised to finish my list (although they still did a terrible job) and the 2nd time they told me they could only stay 1 1/2 hrs. and did not even use my list. When I called the company they said I was only entitled to 2 cleaners for 1 1/2hrs. Do NOT use this company if you want a thorough cleaning and not a basic hotel room type cleaning. As you can see from the response below, it is apparent this company is not concerned about customer service, only in making excuses. For the record, the cleaners sent to my home (their employees) all commented to my husband and I on how clean and beautiful my home was and it was their employee that told my husband and I that they were told to only clean what they could see. As evidenced by the total of 5 cleaners who were in my house in 2 separate visits this is obviously true, as not one of them moved a thing or cleaned behind my toilets. Their safety was never at stake, although with the slippery stairs that I had to mop 3 times to fix the safety of my family was at risk and it is pure luck that no one was injured. The "mold" is not a bio-hazard, asbestos type - my house is 10 yrs old so it is the pink soap scum/mildew type that is able to be cleaned with Tilex cleanser. Paper towels were used on everything (including the sink and toilet) until I gave them my cleaning cloths and when I gave them Lysol disinfecting wipes, they proceeded to dust all my furniture with them. I did in fact contact the company prior to the 2nd cleaning to complain about the service provided and they did not answer me or respond and try to resolve my issues. I would be happy to provide copies of the 20 + emails that were sent between us to arrange the appointments. As evidenced by at least 5 more complaints in this forum, this is a chronic complaint with this company and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Thank you for your feedback. Our Groupon feature coverered one cleaner for two hours, or two cleaners for one hour (two hours worth of cleaning). This was quite clear the day our Groupon featured.
Our cleaners are certainly not told to only "clean what they see." Our cleaners are extremely thorough and are trained to move items around and clean underneath not just around these items. In the case of your home it required a great deal of work, and unfortunately a few hours alone was simply not enough time. Our staff will always ask if you want a full house clean simply to benefit the customer as there are no time constraints with that package.
Our cleaners are told to not clean mold at all. I'm very sorry there was mold in your bathroom, however mold cleaning is not part of a regular type of cleaning. The safety of our cleaners is very important to us, and when mold is involved it takes a specialized sort of cleaning.
