The sales person, David Tyler, gave a quote which was in the range of the other quotes but we felt most secure by his sales pitch and demeaner. The installer was Clinton Kramer, who did a great job installing the window, was friendly, curteous and knowledgeable. We are pleased with the resulting new sliding door and workmanship.
