Dr. Green is incompetent. I had ordered the seasonal package and aeration and had given strict instruction to knock on the door to gain access to the backyard as I have a pitbull and want to be a resposible dog owner. In mid May 2012 when the tech came to the house to aerate, he only aerated the front yard and left a note saying he could not access the back, and it looked like he wouldn't be able to get through anyway so he didn't do the back. My wife also was in contact that day to find out when the tech would be there and they told her by 5:30 pm, so she stayed at the house all day waiting for them and no one came. When we left the house at 6:30 pm, the aeration had just been done at the front and he did not knock on the door to gain access to the back. Then to top it off when we contacted Dr. Green the next day to find out why this happened they said they don't knock on doors and we are to leave the gates open for their access. I cancelled all services except the aeration as they had completed a portion of it and I wanted to get the service completed without paying for it twice. They said they would complete it the next week....but again, it was not done. It is mid June 2012 now and last week I was notified on tuesday that the tech would be coming to complete the aeration of the lawn the following day, weather permitting of course. Because of the poor weather it did not get completed. On Friday when returning home from work there was a note indicating that they had been to house and, low and behold, couldn't access the back yard because no one was there. It probably would have helped if they let us know they were coming. My fingers are crossed that the aeration gets completed this summer.
