My initial email response came back within a few hours. Price was very good and correspondance was helpful and detailed Within 4 hours of calling to book a bin, it was delivered. Pick up completed within the same time frame. Amazing and beyond expectations! I'll use them again with no hesitation. Thanks again! Update December 14 Since my review a few weeks back I've called upon Scarborough disposal two more times for service. And twice more, the service has been exemplary. Drop-off and pickup was within hours and billing was great. I'm just so tickled with their service I felt compelled to write an update.

Steve quoted us on the removal of a huge red oak tree and to remove the stump. The quote was fair. We proceeded and Steve's crew began the process with the city to have the tree removed. The city approved the removal and soon after the guys came over to begin the removal. It was a big job and despite the summer's heat and rain, a family of raccoons, and challenging physics, they got it down in due time. I'm grateful that Steve and his team did the work. In retrospect, I don't think I would have trusted others to complete the work and not run into serious trouble. The team is a real pleasure to work with, courteous, and professional.
