A wonderful young man by the name is Matt Woudwyk came to our cottage last spring. We had some leaking copper pipes in some very hard to access areas and he fixed them all. Then I called him back as we had no hot water. I had gone back home to Oakville by then and Matt came over and advised me that it would be costly to try to fix the old hot water tank He gave me a great price to replace it. He did it right away and we had hot water all summer. When I called to get the water taken out in Sept I got a super pleasant lady on the phone by the name of Jessey. I don’t know her last name. When I asked if Matt could come back as he knew the Plumming system she ready agreed and set up the date. A few days before the date she sent an email reminding me of the date. On the date she sent me a text advising me that Matt was on his way and said when he would be there. Matt showed up right on time. What a pleasant man he is. He had the water out in less then an hr. It used to take me all day to take the water out. You have one very satisfied customer here. Glad to let you know about those two exceptional people you have working for you. Bill castle
