Corey is very nice, seems knowledgeable and showed up in a timely matter. My issue is with the significant quote/deposit amount. In my situation I needed an official second opinion on the water damage in my house but charging $500 for a 10 minute quote/inspection is not reasonable. In hindsight I should have not paid but being in a sticky situation I hastily handed over my credit card.
