Brenlo is an absolute disgrace of a company. Do not waste your time and money. They do not care one iota for their customers. The level of disrespect is abhorrent. I have never dealt with a worse company in my entire life. I ordered stock interior two panel doors and arch trims for a new house project in April. They delivered half of the doors within 2 weeks. When I inquired with the salesperson when the rest of the order was coming, he was not even aware that the whole doors order had not been fulfilled. He then advised me 8 weeks for the rest and your only other option is to take unfinished doors that have to be primed at an extra cost. They told me there would be a credit for that, and 4 months later I have nothing. After 2 months, in mid June 2024, they sent me an invoice for the arches and one was missing. They then refused to acknowledge that they had missed the arch and instead tried to blame me for not having the front door installed, which was false. The salesperson then tells me on June 25 that the missing arch would be done on a rush. It's August 8th, no arch. Followed up countless times and every time they say it's coming "early next week". Their sales department doesn't communicate with their accounting, manufacturing, shipping departments. Nobody takes responsibility. They cashed a cheque that I had mistakenly included in an envelope without telling me or asking me if the cheque was correct. This company takes your money and does not care whatsoever if they deliver any product or customer satisfaction in return. Just a joke.
