I had a fairly complex move within Toronto, involving a significant quantity of computer equipment and other fragile items. The worst thing that happened is a broken caster on an air filter -- but honestly, every time I move, something silly and small breaks, I consider it the price of doing business. The big items I care about were taken care of in an appropriate way and were well protected for the whole move. The team had a good plan, were very efficient, and got everything done on time. There were a couple of small hiccups but they were nothing major. Thank you easy2go movers.

I needed a 100A service panel installed in my garage, to support the installation of a CNC machine and ancillary equipment. After some digging (and not getting callbacks from others), I found Hi-Lite. Matthew (and his dad, and their crew) have been nothing but courteous, knowledgeable, and effective. They also installed a Siemens panel, which is my preference, so extra bonus points :) They knocked it out in under a day scheduled after they quoted me, they had a competent crew, and they did it neat and tidy. They did it exactly to the price quoted, which I appreciate. They came to me with any questions and remained about as COVID-safe as possible inside the cramped space. I had a more complicated, second job afterwards regarding the installation of a rotary phase converter and doing some 3 phase wiring. They were ultimately unable to take on the task, but I really do appreciate their total honesty through the process and the ease of working with them (despite it being very busy for them, along with supplier shortages and the rest!). I understand it though, I am glad they made the choice safest for everyone. I definitely will use Hi-Lite whenever I need anything more... normal for a household :) Thanks again, Matt! Very smooth move of what was a 1+den condo, pretty much entirely taken up by a 3d printing lab, into a house it sort of all fit in ish. This was set up last-minute. I believe it was 6 days to the move date... on the day it was set up. New Era sent 3 men + 1 truck. The truck was more than sufficient for the task. They handled my 3d printing equipment with great care. There was a tough moment regarding placing the bed, sideways, in the storage room, but they solved the problem quickly, taking care to avoid the walls. They worked efficiently. The only real delays were due to the condo building's procedures. They had other attention to detail, like carpeting over the house's point of entry to avoid tracking in dirt. Colin talked over the process beforehand on the phone, and was pretty transparent with the pricing and the like. The move came in, for me, below the quote, which was a pleasant surprise. I am satisfied with their services. I plan to use them again, since I have yet another move coming.
