Everyone from start to finish have been exceptional. The staff are polite and professional. They actually arrived as planned and completed the job to our satisfaction. Chris was the attic insulator and Rob was the roofer for the gooseneck vent. Both were more than supportive, efficient, experienced staff and left us with no debris to clean up. We cannot say enough about how satisfied we are. This company comes with a great warranty as well. WE highly recommend them and have already done so to our neighbors. You won't be disappointed. Oct 19 2020 The technician who came was friendly/ knowledgeable and explained what he was doing every step. He maintained social distancing (Covid-19 precautions). Explained the monthly furnace maintenance plan to me as well + how to become a member with Reliance. Very happy customer-good value as well. Thanks!! Linda
