Gianni at Imperial is a true professional and a gentleman. Super responsive by text, email, and telephone. He came by to diagnose a major screwup on brand new outdoor Italian porcelain tile during a recent botched sealing job during reno by another contractor. Had been dragging on for almost 4 months. Gianni came and did some testing a couple of times and then completed the job with earnest hard work in less than a week. Tiles look amazing now. I cannot recommend him more highly... (again, this is tile, not wood! See photo).
