We went into the store and bought the mattress after measuring the space we had to accomodate it, and we were assured that the mattress we chose would fit. The delivery guys showed up a day after we moved into our house and they declared that the mattress and box spring would never fit. So we called the salesperson at Sleep Country and told him about the problem, but he dismissed the opinion of the delivery guys. We ended up sending the mattress back to the store. Even though we went into to exchange the mattress with them, the sales staff was unhelpful and unsympathetic! They wanted to sell us a mattress of a lesser value, with a lower quality. Finally, they replaced our mattress with a more expensive one for the same price, but not before we angrily insisted and was just about ready to walk out of the store. It took a lot of work for us to get a fair solution to our problem!
