My dishwasher broke down on a Saturday morning and I called Service4appliances. The technician arrived the same day and told me that to fix the broken part would cost $350 + tax. I was a bit taken aback at the cost but more that the technician knew the cost of the part. It seems very expensive but then the technician said that he would be back with the part to install it the following Wednesday. He arrived a week later saying that the part was back ordered. It took him less than 10 minutes to fix the machine and though I think I paid way too much, at least my dishwasher is working. I called the office for a cost breakdown and never received one.

We do apologize for the delay of the part, normally it doesnt take that much time unless our parts department is out of a specific part,which is why it had to be back ordered. However we can assure you that this does not happen alot, in most cases it only takes a few days.
