Brock is using great products, North Star. But it is down to the final quality of the installation. We were lucky to have a very good installer, one mid range installer, and one which we had to call Brock a few times to get his job fixed. We are overall happy with the product, the customer service, but all is down to the installer shows up at your house. On the price, they are not the most affordable, but offering good products.

Rodrigo was another trade professional we had in our renovation project. He showed up when he promised, priced right in our budget and finished a perfect job on time. He managed to solve a few issues which directly or indirectly affected his job. He provided some advice which helped us through the whole project cycle. We can't thank him more for the beautiful tile in our kitchen and the backsplash he installed. He gives his 110% attention to every corner of each tile and inch of the floor and the work he does. Thank you Rodrigo for the professional job you did for us.

We contacted Rob for dry wall, taping, mudding, and sanding of the whole house being under major renovation. He showed up as he promised and managed to finish the project within our budget and passed our expectations. The best thing about Rob's company is customer care, he answers phone calls and emails right away and he shows up at work when you need his services. We are extremely happy with his final product, punctuality and meeting out budget. Thank you Rob and your professional team.

Dena showed up at our house right after we called Tango Kitchen, Dena's creativity and great vision along with the 3D design software helped us to have a beautiful kitchen, and bathrooms. She managed to use every inch of the space we had considering functionality and practicality of all the features and appliances. She was very cooperative and accommodating as our schedule changed a few times and she helped us every time. Mark the installer was another professional of the Tango team and we can't thank him more for the perfect installation he has done. Mark showed up after a few months to recheck the installation work and readjust if necessary. We are extremely happy with Tango products, Dena's professional design and Mark's installation. We had hired Hotwire Electric a few months ago for a complete renovation with new service, new panel, and total home wiring. All the details and attention the project encompassed were handled exceptionally by Oris and his professional crew. All changes requested got immediate attention and were addressed on schedule to ensure we were not held back or delayed during the process. Hotwire is benefiting from the setup of a technical guru: Oris and contracts and invoicing expert: Hanna. They are covering the project seamlessly to make sure the client receives immediate response on the both aspects of the project. They have done an exceptional job above and beyond what our expectations were. Not on the positive side rather, the only comment I would like to add is that, they would need to think of a setup not to missed any messages to the number of calls they receive, their company voice message box was full and not accepting new messages over the weekend a couple of times. They respond to emails instantly though. I can't thank them more of the exceptional job Hotwire has done for us, and can’t wait to call them back for another project. They were the only contractor we had which delivered 100% and maybe more.

Tom and his crew is the best team of professionals I have seen so far. Tom makes sure he does not leave any doubt by addressing all your concerns and make sure you are completely satisfied with type of shingles, color, and all other details of the project including cleaning up at the end and final look. His crew is quite flexible and accommodating as we had to make changes on the fly as they were laying the shingles down. I could not have been happier with the job they have done.
