Same Day Appliance was able to book an appointment on short notice and clearly explained their pricing structure during the booking process. The technician arrived within the allotted timeframe. He was polite, professional and friendly. He explained what he was doing, why and what possible issues may be present. He fixed the problem then educated me on some proper maintenance to help extend the appliance's life. The bill was as expected and I was able to pay with a credit card on site.

Steve has excellent customer service. I could not get into my garage on a and he came out the next afternoon. We replaced the whole system and feel so much better about what we have now. He explained everything very thoroughly and made me feel comfortable about what I was paying for. So much quieter and closes so softly now. Thankful to find this guy! Would highly recommend him!
