Roman was very responsive to our request. He went out of his way to ensure we were looked after in a timely manner. He was on time & discussed our issue & costing before starting, so I knew what to expect. He tested what my concern was, then took dryer apart & showed me the parts issue before commencing with the repair. He replaced the old part with a new one, tested the dryer & showed me the old part after so I knew that a new part was installed. Very satisfied with his friendliness, his complete explanations & the repair itself. We would gladly use Romans services again if needed & would recommend him to anyone in need of appliance repairs.
