I have found Alex in this site, I have used him in my home last year and now in my Rental Unit. I have reached out to several Plumbing companies with Same Rating as him, His price is definitely much more fair / cheaper. Running the water in the tub spout and pull the diverter and the diverter is not closing 100% to send water toward the shower. He has fixed the issue, and have provided some guidance on it moving forward. He has cleaned up afterwards. Definitely would reach out to him again. Thanks a lot Alex!

My main water shut off Faucet was leaking. Reached out to AwardPlus plumbing base on the review here in homestars. Alex was able to give me an estimate base on the photo was sent to him. Would be able to come immediately that night. Have fixed the issue quickly. He even stayed till late at night (11:00PM) till the city came to turn on the water. Thanks Alex for the quick turn around.

On a cold Early March night, wide awake with a 9C temp at home. Looks like furnace is not working. Called several companies from the list in Homestars. Decided to take Aire Max, upon speaking with him. He was straight forward, He can quickly come late afternoon, but then Parts could only be acquired the next day. Or, he can come the next day. Opted for the next day, Quoted a diagnostic fee of $90 which is at par or better with some companies I have called. Fixed the furnace the same day he came. Would definitely recommend him to my friends.

It has been years since I have been procastinating of installing an OTA antenna. Did some research for sometime. Just could not decide how to Install it myself(on the roof, using a pole, etc). Reached out to Home Tech Experts, got a quote from Andy. After a few days, Decided to get their OTA package for AntennasDirect DB4e. Sergei, came to install the Antenna on Nov 19, 2016. He did an excellent job. Clean install, wired it properly. Now receiving 32 channels. Would definitely recommend their Service and Package. Thanks Andy and Sergei!

last Black Friday Sale Nov 25, 2016 Bought a Dead Bolt that I was eyeing for a long time. Tried to install it myself, unfortunately the hole was smaller than standard. Reached out to A to Z locksmith, Roman gave a me an estimate would be available to install it today. Agreed to the given range of estimate, compared to several locksmith I called. He came and made the hole bigger of where the old deadbolt was and installed the new deadbolt. Tested and working fine. Quite satisfied by his service, would definitely reach out to him if needed in the future. Thanks Roman!

After 2 of my friends got their Rinnai Tankless water Heater with Baldwin. Contacted Baldwin, with regards to Rinnai Tankless water Heater. Have a talk with him with regards to Tankless. He went to my home to do an initial check and discuss further about it. After a week or 2 of researching, reading review on homestars on him and checking prices with other companies, I went with him. His pricing is quite competitive and my 2 friends were very satisfied with him. In the end, he did a great job on the installation, Now I don't pay rental on water heater anymore. Definitely recommend him.

After doing some research online. I came about his name in Hawthorne Villager. he has a lot of possitive feedback on that forum. Me and my friend (neighbor ) went with him . I was not available during the installation but he still installed my AC and just came back to pickup the payment. He also assumed warranty from my builder for the furnace as I just closed my house that time. I have recommended Craig Newhouse to my friend/neighbor as well. Highly recommended.
