Nuforth Paving was contracted to place 2.5 inches of compacted asphalt on an already prepared surface. They placed less than .75 inches. of loosely compacted material which was verified by core samples. We took them to small claims court (they didnt show), won our judgement, and were told we would never collect since companies like this have no assets. Do not do business with this company!
