Great product, poor sales approach
Product is great, installation team superb. Jason (owner) did not follow through on commitments or timing and when there was issues did not return phone calls but rather left it to his installers to deal with. Not cool. He just wanted a sale.

Thank you Darryl and Kari for sharing your honest feedback. I appreciate your concerns and it disappointed me that I dropped the ball the way I did. As discussed on our phone call, this is not the standard for which I expect of myself or my team. I take this very seriously and I am sorry for not living up to the customer experience I promised you.
