Renovations are no fun and we've done many. NPC was the best experience we've ever had. Nataneal and his team started soon after my quote and never left until the job was finished. They were punctual, hard working, courteous, professional and took care to protect the rest of my home. Nataneal listened to exactly what we wanted and expertly guided us to get it accomplished. NPC wasn't the cheapest or most expensive quote but I was sold when I learned they would tear everything back to the studs to assure a quality job. Nataneal has many connections and brings in other expert trades, promptly, to keep the job flowing. During the weeks with us Nataneal managed to fix the myriad of other minor nuisance problems that we had lived with for years. I would not hesitate to use NPC again. Called A1 emergency service Sat afternoon and got Mike. Mike was run ragged with emergency calls. He came within 3 hours and quickly determined I needed a new fan motor. He called early Sun to tell us the first Carrier warehouse didn't have the part and called us again when a second warehouse had stock. He further updated us to advise he had the part and his eta. He persisted and fixed the problem despite some difficult obstacles. He was extremely pleasant and informative at each stage. Couldn't have been happier with his service.

Best company we have ever dealt with on a home renovation project. We checked out three companies and I was impressed with Amberwood from the start. We received excellent and friendly service from Art on an extremely busy Saturday morning. He gave us a tour of their facility and the entire manufacturing process. He remembered us on our return, weeks later. He came to our home to personally take measurements and to assure our selection suited our home. We received a scale drawing to approve. Art guided us through the stain , hardware and glass selection selection and offered excellent suggestions to match our decor. The door arrived on time and installation went without a hitch. The result is stunning. Called Art with a question about a wax protectant for the exterior and he still remembered me and personally dropped off a product at my home on his way to work. I highly recommend this company. We have friends that also used them with an equally satisfying experience.
