We were greeted quickly, warmly and was given tremendous help in choosing the right appliances for us. The friendly salesperson, Russ, answered our every question and was extremely knowledgeable about all appliance products, brands and models which helped us make our decision on 4 kitchen appliances with satisfaction and confidence. He paid close attention to our needs, including the specifics of the timing of our do-it-our-self kitchen renos, and offered very fair prices for delivery, installation, removal and disposal according to our specific details. Russ also went the extra mile and visited our home personally to measure our existing cupboards to make sure the built-in oven we wished to purchase would fit properly. We appreciated very much his honest, no game-playing approach which left us knowing that we had purchased good quality appliances that suited our lifestyle and budget at the best price. We had previously researched at several other large appliance stores, and in the end we left Ben's Appliances feeling good about our final choices and left confident we would not end up finding better prices combined with better service anywhere else. We highly recommend Ben's Appliances. Update April 2021: After having had some time to enjoy using our new appliances, just wanted to say we love them. The Fisher Paykel Fridge is the best--wouldn't trade it. The Bosch dishwasher was not the most expensive of the line, but works great, is blissfully quiet and the top 3rd rack is a game changer! Love the Frigidaire built in convection oven and Induction stove top also. Everything looks great and works beautifully.
