I had a leak that cause some damage, and present day came in to do the repairs. Both my condo office and insurance company were difficult to work with (the delays were so frustrating); Andrew came in and was the only person in my claims process that actually helped me get back to normal. Everything was friendly, on time, professional and came in on budget. I plan to use his services again when I have other projects.
