I would definitely recommend Emerald Professional Painters. I contracted them to remove Stucco (then paint) and paint all of my walls, baseboards and doors. It was 2 major jobs to manage. I'm a project manager so I really appreciated the process with Emerald. I contacted about a dozen companies for quotes and Emerald stood out above the rest. Andy was great to work with. He provided a detailed quote with line items so there was clarity regarding the scope of work. (As a contrast, 1 contractor just texted me a dollar figure - what a joke). Emerald's crew was fast and effective. I had Stucco on both floors and they removed it all in 1 day. They did a great job containing the mess as well. Painting the walls took a couple more days. Upon inspection, the quality of work speaks for itself. Pictures show from dark chocolate to light grey.

Jay fit us into his tight timeline and changed our carpeted stairs to hardwood with white runners in a few days. At first i was worried about all the debris from the carpet removal that I covered my furniture, but Jay and his team contained the area with plastic drop sheets. It was an overall clean and good job. I'd recommend him.
