A1 never asked me to write a review, but I have been their customer for over 10 years. They installed a new furnace and an air conditioner unit and signed me up for a 10 year maintenance plan. They came promptly when two years ago, my furnace would not go above 21 degrees and the house felt cold. The technician spent a lot of time figuring it out but he did! A few months ago, I had A1 install a tank less water heater. There were a few glitches in the beginning, but they came promptly to fix it. And once I accidentally learned that they also do duct cleaning, I got them for that service as well.

My toilet suddenly stopped flushing the stuff down the drain and the bowl got filled up with a brownish muck. A friend recommended Hoerner and we called them. they came an hour later, on a Saturday. The workman, STeven, was polite and competent. The toilet was fixed but also diagnosed. And the larger picture is that the one piece toilet I have is no longer being marketed as there have been lots of complaints about it. It builds up mineral deposits.
