For the longest time, my fridge has been leaking on the inside. I don't know why I didn't call in a repair person sooner! Upon getting a call back each time, the person on the phone was very understanding and prompt. She provided me with options to put my food since my fridge needed to be emptied, and I have no coolers. She and I had a good laugh over some confusion...I have been under a lot of stress and this was the first time in a couple of weeks I had laughed! The repairman came on time, and was very quick with fixing my fridge.

A spring on my garage door broke about two weeks ago. I called several companies and Mega Garage Door was by far the friendliest. The service tech was friendly and knowledgeable and they didn't even charge extra for emergency service. I called them again because my garage door wouldn't stay closed. They came out first thing this morning. It turns out it was a simple adjustment and it was fixed with no charge.
