I had a decades-old enclosure on my condo balcony in which the glass had begun to crack badly. For some years I've been worried it would eventually begin to fall. I searched on and off all that time for a good contractor who would take on the task of removing at least the glass, if not the entire enclosure. Olympia Windows & Doors came to the rescue this spring. In two phases, they removed first the glass and framing, and then the drywalling and flooring. They planned the timing of the project to make provision for bad weather and set a budget for the job and kept to it. With an obvious emphasis on safety, they still managed the work speedily and thoroughly. Very pleased with the results and would be happy to work with them again and to recommend them to anyone needing professional, conscientious help with a similar project.

Tom came by on a Saturday morning, looked over what I had, and made recommendations based both on his experience and my concerns. The work was quick, clean, and professionally finished, and he was done before I was even back with the money. What he asked in return for his time and the locks was fair, and maybe even a little generous. On top of that, Tom's a fascinating guy and great conversationalist.
