Absolutely NOT Recommended Service received was perceived to be nothing more than a means to generate higher fees. Customer wishes were ignored. Customer asked for camera inspection and clean-out to be performed - instead person showed up with no camera system and proceeded to do his own thing to troubleshoot problem with no assurance of reasonable cost. Immediately asked if the home was a bungalow and that the problem was likely to be with the "bungalow joint". Does this leave you with the impression of a rip-off? It did with me. The person was subsequently asked to leave - I was left with a broken 3" cap that the person refused to replace at their cost. Not worth any amount of money
