I had a terrible experience with that company. I had a perfect condition solid ash oak hardwood on the second floor of my house. I always wanted to change the color of that hardwood, so it'll be closer match to my floors downstairs. I contacted Rajab (he goes by Recep) and scheduled an appointment for an estimate. He came to my house, took measurements and sample of my floor from downstairs, provided me with the quote and time scope. He showed me his previous jobs and assured that he is a professional with more than 15 years of experience. I agreed to hire him for the project. On a November 2020, Rajab and his partner Sam started to work on the project. Here is where the nightmare began. Our agreed time scope for the project was 3 days. By the end of the 3rd day, only half oh the floor was sanded. The professionals told me that my hardwood is very hard to work on. Well, since half of the second floor was sanded, I had nothing to do but to agree with them. 2 days later the sanding was done. Sam tried to stain small portion of the room and turns out the color they picked was wrong. Another 5 days of the wait and we finally had a paint. On December 01, Sam and Rajab started on staining the floor. Later on that day I got a call from them stating that they are done. I was so happy so I finished my job earlier and met them in the house. I was instructed by the professionals not to walk on the freshly painted floor for at least 24 hours, so I had no chance to inspect the quality of their job. I paid them the full balance and they left. What was a disappointment when after 24 hours I walked on that floor! Just a complete disaster! Sanding marks everywhere! The whole floor was bleachy. They damaged my stairs, stair nosing and railing with sanding machine. I contacted Rajab right away to discuss everything. He assured me that that is the way hardwood refinishing works and it is impossible to do it better. I was trying to convince myself with that quality for a week, but it was just impossible to leave it like that. I'm attaching pictures for the reference.
I contacted Rajab and Sam again in order to get the refund, because now I have to demolish all the floor and install new one, but the best they offered me was to refund me half of the money I paid them. I agreed on that offer cause it's still better than nothing.
It's been over a month now and I never heard form them.
I called both of them multiple times, but they never picked up the phone or called me back.
This is the first negative review I wrote in my life. I just couldn't leave like that. Everyone! Please be aware of that highly unprofessional and not punctual people!
