A million thanks to Natalia in Dispatch and the movers Team Leader Rueben assisted by Roy and Darshan for carrying out the move effortlessly and flawlessly. They helped us organize our multi-day multiple stops move from Edmonton to Calgary. When we met Rueben for a quote we felt so reassured and comfortable. During the quote appointment, he explained how to best organize and pack the remaining items in our house, to better assist the movers. Reuben was very professional and took the time to listen to our concerns regarding the move. We identified our art pieces (including a very valuable art print worth $10,000) and an antique buffet as important items to wrap and pack on the day of the move. Reuben assured us and explained the process to us with confidence. Natalie answered all our questions once we decided to retain their services and gave us further assurances on any doubts we had. Our faith in Reuben's team was fully justified as they did an amazing job without any complaints. The packing and loading of the truck was done without any delays, and they were able to accommodate small additional pieces that we had not packed appropriately. They transported our stuff to a storage unit, organized by the company, for a week and ensured that it was picked up and delivered to our two locations in Edmonton within the same day. Our piano required an extraordinary amount of effort to get into our daughter's house (stop #2 of the day), but they were able to negotiate the steps and tight turns to get the piano into the desired location. At our 3rd stop, our new home, the movers were fast, efficient and careful. They put together our TV, dining table and unpacked our art very carefully. They kept our place clean with their mats and all our valuables were wrapped and unwrapped with their blankets and were in perfect condition. We were very pleased with their services and have no hesitation in highly recommending them.
