Picked up my range in August, I knew right away there was a problem. Loud hum coming from the cabinet and fan in oven ran for 2 hours after using. Ive had 4 separate service appointments that havent been kept. Been waiting over 2 months now after most recent service company said they would order a part and come back to install. Ive been told the part is in stock and being shipped. Canadian appliance has been of very little help in resolving this issue. They sold me a defective range and now want me to chase the manufacturer to have it repaired. As to the part , not sure what they would have ordered since no one has bothered to even come and look at it to see whats wrong.
