I moved with Troy this past fall from Calgary to London and then again in the winter from London to Toronto, both moves were great! About a month ago my aunt used Troy to move from Toronto to Vancouver, and because she told them that I referred her they sent me a gift certificate as a thank you. Granted I had a few dishes that were broken during the move, they were just cheap ones from Canadian Tire, I only mentioned it to Troy so they were aware, Sofia (the lady in charge) asked me to send the receipts for my new dishes and then she sent me a cheque to help out with the cost………I didn’t even ask for the money, as I just bought another cheap set. Superior customer service, which is very rare these days. Even though my review is late, they keep impressing me with their service, even months after my move, I thought the least I could do was write something for them, to share my good experience with the public. They really are a family run business, and they treat you like family as well
