Annual maintenance and some small recommended repairs for two houses. Rahul was polite, respectful and seemed quite honest and straightforward. I'd use them again! The only thing was that I was told I could possibly get a discount because I was having two houses done in one day and then there was no record of that.

Thank you for the review. We go above and beyond with our system maintenance. Our maintenance consists of a combustion analysis, readings of manifold gas valve pressure, checking of delta T, readings of superheat and subcool and much more.
The industry standard is basic cleaning and visual inspection without performing many of these tests.
However, we charge the same rate as everyone else despite it being more expensive for us provide.
With such thin margins on maintenance, we have to keep our pricing competitive to make this a practical service we can offer to our clients.
