We called Otto to tuckpoint, parge wall under the back deck, and replace 65 spalled bricks on the chimney breast and the front porch pillar on my son's east Toronto semi after the super job he did on our house 13 yrs ago. Otto did the estimate promptly and checked back regularly as the work progressed. The crew headed by Eduardo, were polite, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves. The replacement bricks were such a good match that you could hardly tell them from the 100-year-old ones already in place and they took the time to colour-match the mortar. They pressure washed the finished areas to remove any excess mortar 'stains' and also washed any dust that fell into the A/C unit. They deserve all the accolades they get on HomeStars.
