I had a sun room installed 25 years ago by Four Season Sunrooms. Approximately four years ago I had all the glass replaced (reglazed) by Four Seasons Sunrooms. In August 2019 it was discovered there was a leak that had been a problem for years....probably since the reglaze was done but being behind the drywall it was years before it was evident. I called Four Seasons to have them come out only to discover they were no longer in business. I reached Paul with Ideal Sundecks and spoke to him. After calling my insurance company and that is a long story was told I had no coverage due to water seepage causing the leak. Everything recommended by the insurance company and contractors were done but still the leaking persisted. In July 2020 in total desperation and frustration I called Paul back at Ideal. He sent out guys quickly and they assessed I called the situation. They tried everything they could think of but it still leaked every time it rained. Finally they found the source of the leak. Apparently it was a mechanical issue that was inside the lower track and was told they’d never seen it before. The staff were amazing and Paul was patient, determined and relentless in finding the cause of the leak. I have never dealt with a more courteous, professional group of men as those that worked on my house. I would recommend Ideal Sundecks to anyone. You are in the best of hands and won’t be disappointed. They go above and beyond in every aspect of their work.

I waited 6 weeks from booking to get services done. The front entrance and the upper deck were left in a mess. The debris from the gutters was not washed away but left all over the deck and the front entrance. The wreath on the front door was damaged and rug was saturated. A couple of the windows had huge streaks left on them.
