I purchased a new furnace from Husky about a year ago. The pricing of the suggested furnace was much lower from the competitors, the installation was done, to my request - immediately and at the same day the house was warm again. I had an issue with my gas few month later. I called the service, they came, found the furnace is OK and helped me to identify what is wrong with the gas. They have not charged for this service. Calling for a service is easy and you don't need to hold hours just to speak with a person. The service guys are knowledgeable and helpful.

Sales process was professional, quick and provided me all the information and all the options. I purchased a new Lenox furnace with a humidifier and echobee thermostat (that can be controlled from your phone or laptop). Also very happy with the installation process that was quick, professional and very clean.

I have paid for extended warranty on my dishwasher with Home Depot and they subcontract Trans Global. My dishwasher broke down and it took Trans Global 2.5 weeks to send a technician. Then it was more than a full week to get a new part, and then another 2 weeks to book the technician to install the new part. I was more than a month without a dishwasher because Trans Global do not hire enough technicians.

I have never had a contractor that provided such a good service. Results are great, work was done according to the schedule with no delays, work was clean and everything left clean afterwards. All the plants that had to be removed are back and my yard looks even better than before. There are no more water leaks from the walls of the basement and all the cracks in the walls are gone. Highly recommended !!!
