Not only do the windows look fantastic, they've made a noticeable difference in temperature regulation so far this summer as I find the house is staying cooler longer and I'm sure it will be warmer in the winter, which will translate to efficient energy consumption and savings on my bill. The process from start to finish, including ordering the windows and final installation took 6 weeks. I worked with Bob, who was professional and knowledgeable, patiently taking the time to answer all my questions. He even called me a week couple of weeks after the job was complete to ensure that I was happy with my decision! I couldn’t be happier with the professionalism, workmanship and friendly service! My neighbour and I both had our windows replaced by Complex Window and I am so pleased that we chose Mike and his team. From the initial discussions to coming onsite for the measurements to the final install, Mike and team took the time to answer all my questions and provide me with all the required information until I was comfortable. Their service is outstanding, they showed up on time and didn’t rush to get the job done. They take great pride in their work and even when they were done with my house, when they started my neighbour’s house, they made sure to stop by and ask me if everything was ok and whether there was anything else I needed or whether they could answer any questions. When I was getting quotes from other (bigger) companies, I was highly underwhelmed by their lack of customer service particularly when these other companies expected me to do all the measurements for them just to get a quote!
