I have recommended them to several friends and family who in turn switched to LawnSavers. The staff are extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable, and take care of any concerns I might have. I had moved into my home last summer and even though the house was only 8 years old caulking needed redoing. As there was too many things to fix in the house I did not get around to calling someone until late fall. I am skeptical when I am hiring anyone to do work. I called several companies, only 2 came to the house. The other company came when I was not home and then quoted me over the phone the price, which was competitive, however I did not feel comfortable. When Rimas came to see the house I was home and he pointed out several things to me that had to be re-done. He sent me the details and cost in writing . I was impressed with his honesty and professionalism. I had to hold off to the spring, and it is now complete. He arrived with his employee early in the morning and completed with full cleanup by the afternoon. It is a very clean looking job, and even my husband is impressed, and he does not impress easily! I will recommend Vanguard to anyone who needs caulking.
