I am very pleased that I selected Paul for my small but tricky flooring project. From the first contact through to the completion, Paul was knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. He knows his craft and does beautiful work. His process is very well organized and efficient. It was a pleasure having him in my home, and the final product is better than I had imagined. We've now used Angelo and his team four times, and it's a consistently positive experience every time. Everything is buttoned up perfectly, from the correspondence to the paperwork to the move itself. Under Angelo's leadership, these movers obviously take pride in their work. They don't skip steps or take shortcuts, they use the appropriate tools and supplies, and they maneuver with care and confidence. They're quiet and efficient because they have a plan. There's no figuring it out as they go, it's all coordinated sensibly. I trust Angelo and anyone he brings into my home. I have no hesitation recommending Benini Moving to my friends and colleagues.

Angelo is a professional in every sense. He is very responsive and thorough in the planning and booking stages. His costing and agreement system are done by the book, also. Then on moving day, he and his team arrive on time and ready to work. They're organized, efficient, thorough, and careful. They are also quiet and non disruptive (i.e. your neighbours won't complain), and they are respectful and pleasant. They work quickly because they have a plan and a system, so there's no trial and error, no winging it. I very much appreciate the way Angelo leads his team and gets things done. I've used Angelo twice, and I already told him to pencil me into his calendar for my next move in a few years. I just hope he'll be available. I've recommended him to several people already, and I will do so again without hesitation.

They showed up 2 hours late. They had NONE of the supplies that had been discussed (wardrobe boxes, mattress bags, etc), which they were supposed to bring. Of the 3 men, 2 spoke only Russian, and the one who spoke English, it was his first day on the job with them so he knew nothing and couldn't understand them any better than I could. Before they started loading, they demanded a deposit and made me sign an agreement that was $90 more than what had been quoted to me via email weeks before. They knew I would have no choice because it was too late to find another mover. I was nearly in tears before they even started loading. They handled my belongings like junk. I saw one of them literally throw my small rattan shelf unit into the truck. Because they were so late, I lost elevator access at destination, so they had to keep my stuff on the truck overnight (gross, my unwrapped mattresses). and I had to sleep on the floor. I called the manager and insisted he send me someone experienced, who spoke english. he showed up himself and demanded I pay the balance of his inflated bill before they would unload. I showed him my email with the original estimate, and he basically said tough. At that point, my new super, who had been privy to my ordeal, declared that he would call the cops if they didn't give me my stuff. So they unloaded with a vengeance, damaging most of my solid wood pieces. To top it off, they drove away with my ladder and never returned it, or any of my dozens of phone calls. NOT professional movers. People, don't do it. Their website looks legit, and their emails sound good, but it's all a mirage. It was an ugly experience.
