I wrote a recent negative review of this company that I must rescind; due to some communcation challenges, Sofia did not get my messages. In any event, Sofia and Troy did a fabulous job in locating the missing articles and are in the process of delivering them to my daughter's new residence. Sofia was most apologetic about the mishap and appears to care very much about the service levels provided by Troy. I would recommend this company for a long distance move! Thanks, Joe
