We hired M&D Buildings to undertake a renovation of our entire main floor and the laundry room in the basement. The main floor includes a kitchen, living room, and powder room. We also removed a wall that divided the kitchen and living room. From start to finish our experience was extremely positive. Mike, our project manager is professional, thorough and realistic. He managed all of the work efficiently and arranged for any required permits and inspections. His engineering background allowed him to help us better understand structural changes we requested. He communicated with us frequently and kept us up-to-date on the progress of the work. It was very easy to work with Mike as he accommodated to our wants and needs to the best of his abilities and provided sensible alternatives to help us stay on budget. The outstanding contracting team are skilled and produced quality workmanship. They left the house neat and tidy every night. Our renovations went quickly with almost no obstacles. We are extremely happy with our renovations and I would highly recommend hiring Mike and his team. We will definitely work with them again for future projects.
