Rahul arrived at the stated time, and was friendly and professional. He quickly located the problem and resolved it to our satisfaction. I would certainly be confident having Rahul deal with any appliance issues in the future.

Bottom line: I was very satisfied with the quality of the paint job. The quote process was less detailed than I would have liked, and Roger needs to improve this area of his business. Perhaps he is too busy as he appears to have a successful window cleaning business. That said, where there was a difference of opinion about the quoted work Roger was reasonable and accommodating. Roger has excellent people working for him. Chris worked hard and cut good lines. I little bit of cleanup for me to do, but he was painting a 20 by 50 foot room with 12' ceilings. It was a big project but Chris did a fantastic job. I would call Roger again for a paint project (he also has an amazing do-everything handyman on tap) but I would insist on a clearly defined, detailed quote. The discrepancies were a result of a different sense of what needed to be done, nothing more. Thanks Roger!

Cannot say enough about Donna and her Bonavista crews. They painted my pool and it looks fantastic. A small but noticeable spot was missed but they are fixing that. I am impressed with how they are handling the error. Mistakes are inevitable anywhere, Bonavista said no problem we will fix it, and that is how to judge a company: how they deal with a problem. They owned it. Their maintenance crew is terrific and efficient. Pools mechanicals can be problematic, I will call Bonavista before anyone else for my heater, pump or filter issues. Everyone is pleasant to deal with and they have been very professional. Their pricing is very reasonable. We opted for a solution -Ecofinish - which has a longer life than traditional paint. More expensive yes, and the longevity remains to be seen, but I am confident that Bonavista backs their work.

Very efficient company, ordering process was simple: got quote from one person then got a date for a measure. Both showed up on time. Pricing was reasonable, product was explained fully. Received a letter to confirm install date, I had to change it, that was no problem. All phone staff were great to deal with and seemed happy to be at their jobs, which tells me this company is well managed. Val and Alex showed up on the agreed day, and they worked efficiently and cleanly. Nothing was left behind, and even though they had to come into the house on a snowy day, there was no mess. The caulking job was very good, they explained some things to me and the job looks great. I cannot speak to the longevity of the product, but I feel (and hope) that if I had an issue Consumer's Choice would back their work. I will be calling them again. They do use this '40%' home show discount teaser which is a bit silly kind of like the 'All mattresses 50% off", but it does make you feel like you got a discount even though you would never pay the full price if they put that in front of you. All in all I am very pleased. Thank you to Val and Alex the installers.

Worked on a couple of doors/locks after a break in, rekeying and replacing. Was very patient as we were frazzled after an unpleasant event. Educated us during install and did a great job. Thank you for helping us through a lousy time. We appreciate the work you did, and we know we were grumpy but you helped us, so thanks!

Mark showed up on time, his workers were courteous and efficient, they left no mess and did a good job. The price was as quoted and reasonable. Mark made sure I was getting the right product for the job. He followed up to make sure all was well. I will call Mark again and will recommend Victorious to friends.

Henry showed up on time, measured, and offered a very reasonable quote, especially given the quality of his work. On install day he worked efficiently and cleanly, a total professional. The French doors look great, they look and function as promised, and the closet doors look really well installed too. So many contractors do a 'good enough' job - for want of skill if not for want of caring - that it is really great to meet someone like Henry who does such polished work. I would recommend him to anyone in need of a professional.
