We lost the old furnace over night. Andre answered the call after midnight; was at my house for 7am; was back at my house with the new furnace for about 12noon. The new furnace, air cleaner and thermostat were in by 5pm. I was impressed by Andre and his team. Friendly, professional crew who were there when I needed them. Not sure what else one could ask for.
