Don't shop at this store! Service is nonexistent. Yes, they have a great showroom. But you'll get better service just about anywhere. Here's my tale of woe: - taps arrived in the wrong finish. I decided not to bother about it. - Phoned and left message with sales rep, asking if i could exchange the sink for a different colour. Call was not returned. - Faucet turned out to have a defect. After discussing with Taps, they said a replacement would be available 24-48 hours later, and that they would call back. They did not call back. - Phoned Taps to find out if replacement was in. No one would take the call. - Went to Taps hoping new cartridge was in. Was told to come back when someone else was in. Refused to leave. Was given a replacement cartridge very reluctantly, because it was pulled out of someone else's order. - Replacement cartridge didn't help. It just leaks differently. Wish me luck on the rest of the story. The bottom line is that after waiting many weeks for a new kitchen to come on line, Taps has essentially pushed out the working date by selling shoddy products and backing them up with terrible service. I will never, ever shop there again, and I strongly discourage anyone else from shopping there. (Also, I've since heard that [another company] offers similar products at lower prices, and that you can also pick up similar products in the US at much lower prices.
