I made a service call to look at my furnace which was making noise when the fan stopped. Gilbert responded very promptly. He sent a technician the next business day after my call to look at the problem. The technician identified the problem and within a week to the the parts replaced. I was very happy with the service and will definitely recommend High Efficiency Cooling for their service.

I called Eric to get a quote for installing a new storm door. He responded quickly and came to my house to give me a quote on the same day. Andy, the installer, did a great job. Excellent workmanship! Really enjoy the new storm door.
