THE SERVICE IS GOOD FROM DAY TO DAY. I WOULD SAY THAT THEY ARE COMPARABLE TO ANY OTHER ALARM COMPANY. BUT IF YOU EVER HAVE AN ISSUE RE: BILLING AND NEED TO DEAL WITH BEVERLEY, SHE IS EXTREMELY RUDE!!!! I THINK SHE NEEDS TO TAKE A LESSON IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. ALSO, PLEASE BEWARE AS LVS BILLS ITS CUSTOMERS FOR A FULL HOUR OF SERVICE, EVEN IF A TECHNICIAN COMES OUT FOR 5 MINUTES! BEFORE YOU CALL LVS TO HAVE A TECHNICIAN COME OUT, MAKE SURE YOU UNDERSTAND THE PRICING AS THEY WON'T VOLUNTEER THE INFORMATION TO YOU BEFORE SENDING OUT A TECHNICIAN WHEN THERE IS A PROBLEM.
