We are so pleased that we contacted Gutter Medik for needed repairs and resealing of corner joints in the eavestroughs. Russell responded to our request quickly and spent two hours of his time reviewing the situation at our 28 unit condominium townhouse project. He noted several issues that were done incorrectly during the original construction and provided a fair quotation for the work. Throughout the project he kept us informed of his schedule and was on-site when he said he would be. Russell communicated with us throughout the work and alerted us to some additional items that were uncovered as his work progressed. The site was kept clean and he organized his materials to avoid impacting any of the owners. When he finished, all old materials were removed and the clean-up was perfect. It is so nice to deal with a professional who does what he says, in the time he forecast and for the fair price that was negotiated. Russell obviously knows what he is doing and brings a lot of pride to his work making sure that the customer is satisfied.
