We renovated our kitchen since it was an original 30 year old kitchen. They were Kitchen Kraft cabinets. Maple, stained and glazed, and all the way to the ceiling. The cost was excellent. Came in on time. A lot of coordinating on my part to order them way ahead of time and open up the boxes and check them for any damage/defects which there was some. Small blemishes, so I reordered those... which were free. I didn't work with their store designer (wasn't writing down detailed information when I was getting a quote at 'their' office), but a professional that works in their office and has a side interior design business. He came to our house, took measurements, gave us a professional detailed quote, did all the paperwork, and floor plans and 3D drawings of how the kitchen would look. Very satisfied - would use him again. His fee was fair.

We updated our furnace room and bathrooms since our house was 30 years old. The service (from salesperson to installer) was excellent. The sales person provided a detailed quote and answered all of our 'many' questions. The person who installed everything was extremely professional, clean, courteous, and on-time. We hired them again when we updated our bathrooms. When we purchased our own bathtub, they saw there was a small chip along the bottom and highly recommended we take it back and exchange it, in which they would come back. I wasn't as happy when they didn't leave the tub spout pipe long enough to fit the spout we had boughten though. They had cut it at the 'typical' length.
